The basic quality of teachers plays an important role in the accumulation and inheritance of student culture,the development and improvement of intelligence,and the shaping and perfection of personality.How to measure and evaluate teachers' basic quality has become an urgent research topic in the field of basic education.Based on the characteristics of the combination of chemistry and the characteristics of teachers' work in this context,the basic quality scale of middle school chemistry teachers was developed and preliminary practice was carried out.This is not only to promote the professional development of the teachers themselves and the teaching team,but also to achieve the overall development of students.The study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the research summary,mainly expounding the research background and significance,core concepts,literature review,theoretical basis,research content and methods of this research,which theoretically provides support for the development of the basic quality scale for middle school chemistry teachers.The second chapter builds the scale indicator system.This chapter details the entire process of the development of the scale indicator system and is a key chapter of this paper.On the basis of determining the construction criteria of the scale,this chapter initially determines the index system of the scale through the literature and teacher literacy standards,and then determines the teacher's questionnaire and the validity of the index system.The final indicator system of the scale.The third chapter determines the weight of the scale indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the hierarchical model is established,the judgment matrix is constructed,the index weight coefficient is calculated,and the consistency test is carried out.Finally,the middle school chemistry teacher basic quality scale consists of six first-level indicators and twenty-threesecond-level indicators and individual indicator weight coefficients.The fourth chapter is the basic quality scale for middle school chemistry teachers developed by practice.This chapter sets up the basic quality questionnaire of middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an area according to the developed scale,analyzes the results and puts forward some simple suggestions.This is also a process of retesting the quality of the gauge,so it can also be said to be a further improvement of the previous article.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.The research contents are summarized from two aspects: conclusion and outlook.Some research results are summarized,some shortcomings in the research are put forward,and the future research directions are prospected.
