By investigating and reconstructing former theoretical and practical researches on schooling organization innovation developing strategies, the author explored the thinking paradigm, operation model and practicing effect of schooling organization innovation, carrying out a systematic analysis on its structure, strategy and operation model in the light of scientific development concept, and achieving good results with logical and demonstrational analysis which are supported by operation model, case studies and characterized by the combination of theory and practice.Firstly, a new idea. In China today, a far-reaching change is undergoing, with the switch of campus culture, schooling cultural ecology and the existing state of teacher and student being its essence. It undoubtedly requires the school mangers to have scientific development concept, suggest ecology paradigm strategy and build learning school—a mechanism for well-coordinated and sustainable are elicited.Secondly, two basis of theoretical concept.
