Education practice is one of the most important parts of teacher education. It has great significance on training future teachers. Begining from the perspective of ecological psychology and combining the effective application of weblog in education students' education practice, the author researches the relationship between the affordance of weblog's educational function and the effectiveness of education students' professional development, and the author summarizes the integration strategy between weblog and education practice which provide new ideas to education practice reform in normal universities nowadays.The text can be divided into six parts. Part One: Guide. It introduces the backgroud of the topic, the subjects and the intention of research and research methods. Part Two: Education students' professional development and Education Practice. It analyses the cognition features of the education students during the process of learning to teach. When they want to be an excellent teacher, they must have various necessarily diathesis and approach. During the education practice, the members of practice community provide help to their professional development . Part Three: The application of Weblog in education. It introduces weblog and interrelated social softwares. With analysing educational function of weblog and its application in modern teaching process, it provides theoretical basis to the affordance of weblog in education practice. Part Four: The thinking of affordance-effectiveness between weblog and education students' professional development. It is based on the perspective of ecological psychology, and analyses the potential affordance-effectiveness relationship between weblog and education students' professional development when education students want to learn teaching. It is proved that using weblog can promote education students' professional development by analysing effect of using weblog in education practice of computer teaching and biology specialty. Part Five: Thinking of the IT curriculum integration. With analyse of affordance-effectiveness between weblog and education students' professional development, it summarizes the integration strategy of weblog and education practice. The affordance-effectiveness relationship between normal information technology and teachers teaching can be derived from this case. And it makes we rethink the IT curriculum integration strategy. Part Six: The conclusion, significance and expectation of research.The research of IT mediated education practice is only a start. We need do more native study and pursue international trends sustainedly, and then continually explore effective ways of IT curriculum integration.
