In the context of deepening reform of basic education, schools asked for higher requirements of teachers'basic literacy and teaching ability. Professional development of teachers had gotten more attention. As a basic education teacher training institutions, normal university should focus on high skills training of pre-service teachers. As an important practice in teacher training, education practice, a skills tested and improved process, which had long been considered an important part of teacher education.According to survey and analysis, researcher found education practice effects in the actual condition is difficult to achieve effectively. There were a lot of problems in the situation to affect the effectiveness of education practice as follows: inconvenience in the sharing of resources, lack of available resources, communication and cooperation, difficult to keep the achievement, short of guidance, inadequate evaluation, the lack of monitoring effect of management and so on. The research proposed to build education practice environment with information technology to support practical activities and educational administration in practice, then formed a unified evaluation criteria and management practices under a variety of pattern activities, and tried to seek for the existing problems solutions to improve educational practice effect.This study grasped application status and utilization methods of information technology in education practice through literature. By using interviews and question survey to get the attitude and suggestion from instructors and students, searching network platform for teaching practice in higher school to analyze their practical function, summarizing advantage end weak points to conclude potential applications to make proof for study. Based on need analysis, a tentative idea according to teaching practice demand of building information technology environment was proposed which would be related activities and information technology platform function together. A complete needs analysis was formed for the next construction stage of the network platformAccording to functional analysis, the actual demand of practical use and users' habits and skills, we selected networking platform and Wiki collaboration platform which had advantage in interaction and collaboration features as the main technical support. Meanwhile, practice plan, evaluation system and activities program under certain conditions were made to do well in preparation. The process of study covered a period of 7 weeks to carry out action research and involved sharing of resources, cooperative, communication, personal reflection, guidance, evaluation and management. During practice process, student teachers and mentor teachers were in required to complete relevant tasks. The evaluation and management activities had always been associated with practice. By collecting the results of the network platform and the materials and activities of student teachers, and conducting a question survey and interviews can acquire platform utilization condition and effect. The result of analysis could provide direction for future study.Due to the theoretical exploration and empirical research, constructing information technology environment for educational practice could provide a network of resource sharing, collaboration, distant guidance and management platform. Using Wiki collaboration and video podcasts assisted in achieving process evaluation to manage process of teaching practice. It linked practice process and educational administration together to reflect demand of assessment and management. This study extracted function framework of network platform and construction programs from educational practice case to reveal potential applications of IT environment on aspects of resources, coordination, distant guidance and management and display certain effect on quality of education practice.
