Based on the review of the research on the job satisfaction, the dissertation made a tentative study on the connotation of teachers' job satisfaction and the main influencing factors of middle school teachers' job satisfaction by theoretical analysis. By a self-edited Inventory of the influencing factors of Middle School Teachers' Job Satisfaction, the researcher attempts to testify the hypothesis on the main influencing factors of the middle school teachers'job satisfaction, and analyze the influencing degree and the individual differences of the main influencing factors of middle school teachers'job satisfaction.From the study ,the researcher can draw the following conclusions:1. There are nine main influencing factors in middle school teachers' job satisfaction: leadership and administration, job reward, colleague, job intensity,self- actualization, social support,school job condition ,the relationship between teachers and students. Leadership and administration, job reward, job intensity, school job condition belong to the external factors which affect middle school teachers' job satisfaction; colleague, self- actualization, social support, the relationship between teachers and students belong to the internal factors which affect middle school teachers'job satisfaction. Relatively speaking, job reward and job intensity have the most influence on the middle school teachers' job satisfaction, while colleague, the relationship between teachers and students have the least.2. The influence of each main influencing factors on different middle school teachers' job satisfaction is different. In detail, colleague has more influence on male teachers' job satisfaction than female teachers'. Social support has more influence on junior middle school teachers' job satisfaction than senior middle school teachers'. Leadership and administration, job reword, job intensity, social support and school have more influence on country teachers' job satisfaction than city teachers'. Job reward and social support have the least influence on the job satisfaction of teachers who have no professional titles. Among the teachers with professional titles 1, social support has more influence on country teachers'job satisfaction than city teachers'. Among city teachers, the relationship between teachers and students has more influence on the headteachers' job satisfaction. Among the non- headteachers, the relationship between teachers and students has more influence on country teachers' job satisfaction than city teachers'. Among city teachers, leadership and administration has more influence on senior middle school teachers' job satisfaction than junior middle school teachers'. Among junior middle school teachers, leadership and administration has more influence on country teachers' job satisfaction than city teachers'. Among city teachers, social support has more influence on junior middle school teachers' job satisfaction than senior middle school teachers'.
