Strengthen the training of administrative talent is of great significance for ourtalent pool construction and Talents Strategy. Administrative talent cultivation ismainly concentrated in college. In this study, on the basis of administrative personneltraining research is to learn from multiple angles. Through a combination of literaturereviews, questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative analysis, delve into the problemsof administrative personnel training, and put forward reasonable proposals.Firstly, clear object of study and related theory. Clearing talent and the conceptof administrative personnel, personnel training, theory of satisfaction, demand andsupply theory support this paper.Secondly, analyze current problems and their causes. In order to Study thecurrent status of administration talents training, we study it from the following aspects,training objectives and professional characteristics; the construction of the curriculumand teaching materials; teaching practice and internship; teaching facilities andlearning conditions, and so on. By a investigation about the student satisfaction ofseven representative universities, explore the exist problems of administrative talentstraining in our country, and investigate the causes of the problems, analyze causesfrom the society, schools, government and students.Finally, propose the specific measures that how to reform and perfect the trainingadministrative talent in our country. In view of the existence of China’s administrativemanagement training in problem and its causes, mainly from the personnel trainingidea, training process, training system and training object give China’s administrativepersonnel training reform and improvement measures.
