Management is of great importance in the survival and improvement of the modern society. With the development of managerial theory and practice, humanistic-administration becomes more and more influential. Among various managerial elements, human being has virtually become the first and central one, which is seriously paid attention to and widely utilized. Humanistic-administration is a modem administrative ration that the knowledge-economic society requires. This kind of thought is first operated in the business world. Nowadays, it has become the trend of worldwide higher education administrative reform and reflects the essence of higher education administration. Humanistic-administration, which generalizes the administrative value system, reflecting every level and link in organization managerial activity, is a kind of thought that modern higher education should pursue, therefore, universities, as the higher educational organization intending to cultivate people, need to establish humanistic-administration mode. Humanistic administration pays its attention on the proper requirements of people and is with the absolute minority of respecting people. University-humanistic-administration claims supervisors respect members, be considerate of members, sprit up them and improve them and so on. It is characteristic of the promotion of members' status, fully developing the potent, supplying service to them, conformity collective goals and personal goals, and to develop members radically. Humanistic-administrative ration stands for a new philosophical principle. There are theoretical meanings as well as practical meanings in adapting humanistic-administration into the modern universities. Actually humanistic-administration is a system of values, not a concrete administrative mode, it goes through all kinds of administrative modes, aspects and sectors of administration. University-humanistic-administration is the application of humanistic-administration and accelerates the whole development of students, teachers and university.Firstly, this thesis analyses the characteristic of human being, introduces the theory of human being's nature and four stages of western managerial theory. Secondly, it explains the connotation, trait, and content of humanistic-administration and further expounds the essence and content of university-humanistic-administration. Thirdly, on the basis of explaining the disadvantages of the traditional university-administration-mode and the present situations in the university administration, the thesis analyses the necessity and possibility of implementing humanistic administration in modern university. The humanistic -administration-mode ispropitious to get over the disadvantages of traditional administration-mode, which include the idea of administration, administration system and administration method. Lastly, the thesis emphasizes on how to put the humanistic administration into practice. It is a three dimensional frame work, including establishing the idea of humanistic administration, specific administrative system construction-the construction of rules and regulations and humanistic culture and environment construction. Through the theoretical study of humanistic administration, analyzing the necessity and possibility of humanistic administration in universities of our countries, introducing the present situation of administration in university, the purpose of this thesis is to put forward some individual suggestions in order to strengthen traditional university-administration-mode.
