The professional development of teacher is a continuous and gradual process, which exist in the whole epoch from teachers come into to get out of their profession. It's a long time from they walk onto the platform to retire, and this period is the most important phase in teachers' professional development. In order to give better service to the community and students, the most important things teachers should do are know how to renewal themselves and obtain good development in this period. Many countries attach high importance to the professional pullulating of incumbent teachers and study on professional development has become a focus issue in educational study field in and out of China.This study selects three chemistry teachers' courses as cases. They work in the same high school and respectively exist in expert, chrysalis expert and novice phases of their professional career. Mostly use interview means, the author indicated the different courses of the three teachers, explored two important factors in professional development- community environment and personal factor. School environment and all sorts of created development measures give teacher all-round conditions and composed primary exterior impetus of professional development. Initiative efforts of teachers are the determinant factors of professional development. The study provides samples to professional development of common teachers. Based on the conclusions of the study, we brought forward some apocalypses of teachers' professional development in the end of the paper.
