A Case Study Of Teacher Professional Growth In Shanghai's Chinese Special Grade Teacher Gao Yongjuan

This paper choose the education from the perspective of case study famous professional development course,the language special-class teacher in Shanghai Gao yong juan as the research object,in the primary school Chinese education teaching exploration as well as their teacher professional development are analyzed and summarized,analyzed the Gao yong juan language teaching characteristic,summarizes the main factors affecting Gao yong juan teachers’ professional growth,finally comprehensively summarizes Gao yong juan bring us enlightenment of teacher professional development professional demonstration and leading role to play to the teacher.This thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part,through literature analysis,systematic review domestic and foreign scholars on the research of teacher’s professional development analysis of the research on teachers’ professional growth is the new trend of future study education teaching.The second chapter from Gao yong juan lesson representative case analysis of its basic characteristics of classroom teaching,From two aspects of teaching materials and teaching methods summarized Gao yong juan innovation of classroom teaching cases.The third chapter discusses the Gao yong juan higher grades in the primary school Chinese reading teaching characteristics.Chapter 4 first reviews Gao yong juan teacher professional development from the Angle of the longitudinal course,the teacher professional development process can be divided into adaptation stage,stage of development,the innovation stage three stages,and respectively expounded.Secondly analyses the inside and outside factors influencing Gao yong juan teacher professional development,and puts forward Gao yong juan the teachers’ professional development brings us enlightenment.
