| The professional development of teacher is a hot issue of research in the field of teachers. Because of the role and value of the teacher, people gradually realize that the teachers in the school education and teaching reform. The State Education Commission of American announced in Countries in Crisis:A Survey of Education Reform be Imperative, which pointed out the problem of teachers is a major cause of education mediocre in 1983. In our country, with thecomprehensive promotion of the new curriculum reform, the problem of teacher gradually emerged, one of the most important factors has become the obstacle course reform. Education is a systematic engineering. Study on the influencing factors of teacher professional development, on this basis can be used for reference in the effective teacher professional development strategy is to solve the problem of the only effective way.In order to solve this problem, this paper takes three chemistry teachers in a key middle school in Zhongshan city as a case study, to explore the internal factors. The study is three chemistry teachers of a high school, mainly in the form of interviews as the main case study. Research on data collection tools of formal and informal interviews, teaching log,teaching materials, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for data analysis. The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the literature review, research background,present situation of the education of the professional development chemistry teachers’, professional development connotation combined with the influencing factors are analyzed, and puts forward the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter expounds the research program, including the research questions,,the introduction of research methods,the reason of research methods, as well as the rationality of the research object, and the process.The third chapter described in detail of the process, introduced three chemistry teachers:Mrs Zhan. Mr Du and Mr Zhou,the main process of their professional development, and the their voice.The fourth chapter is conclusion and reflection, put forward the conclusions of this study, and the internal factors on the impact of teachers’ professional development suggestions.Through the research, this paper analyzes the internal factors affecting the chemistry teachers’ professional development, in view of the present situation of professional development of chemistry teachers in Zhongshan City, puts forward some effective strategies,including:(1) often reflective teaching;(2) develop affinity; (3)keep learning, keep pace with the times; (4) love education, to feel happiness of occupation. However, due to the lack of itself has a representative, the lack of strict control and other characteristics, combined with the research time and the limited sample size, the results can only be achieved to promote the professional development of chemistry teachers in a certain extent. |
