Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Layout Adjustment Of Primary And Middle Schools

For the past few years,the adjustment of schools' layout construction have made a great contribution to the school effectiveness and the educational development in balance between urban and rural areas in our country.With the development of urbanization,the layout adjustment of rural schools must be enforced because of the ever-growing of the rural area population in citys and the decline of rural students and the poor school conditions in rural areahas,which has resulted from the disperse adjustment,small scale,and teaching levels,etc.It analysises and researches in the areticle from the general information of the school distributing adjustment,the situation of students,and teachers' level in jinping,guizou by questionnaire and interview.And it has been found that the work of the school distributing adjustment has had a lot of results,but the mean time,many negative phenomena have arised.For example,the aimless revocation of rural schools on a large scale perplexed many rural families and many rural students had to droped out halfway because of the long way to school,which makes rural compulsory education retrogress gradually.In this article,the auther will puts forward some feasible suggestions with refining and summarizing after the solutions to some problems in the rural school distributing adjustment,which is playing an increasingly important part in the rural school distributing adjustment in Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou or the whole country.
