Strategies And Counter-plans On The Problems In The Continuing Education For The Primary And Junior High School Teachers In The Poor Regions

This dissertation not only analyses the problems in the continuing education for the primary and junior high school teachers in Tong Nan county, Chongqing but also provide the researchers with practical strategies and counter-plans of this aspect. China has greatly and definitely put forward the establishment of learning communities, and of the model by which teacher wants to become the all-time and lifelong learners. Along with the development of lifelong education and the exaltation of teacher's profession degree, teachers are obliged to be engaged in the courses on the continual education.
