The theory of teaching optimazation is the focus representation covering educational activities, idea and achievement proposed by Юрий Констинович Бабанский, a Russian educator. Based on inside and outside conditions,roundly thinking over teaching rules, principles, forms and methods of modern teaching, characters of teaching system,the theory of teaching optimization is furthest effective (namely the best) function and mastery from fined standard.His theory had its own shortage.In order to reply the challenge of knowledge economy,adapting positional needs of knowledge economic time,the Ministry of Education spread new thought of curriculum,and put in practice the new curriculum sdandard.It is designed by encircling aim of cultivating people.It emphasizes that learner need positive voluntary learning attitude. While,obtaining knowledge and basic skill,the process urge them to learn to know and come into being right ideas of value.It proposes to design a whole, harmonious and developmental education.It also thinks that learn to know,learn to survive and learn to do are better than initiate learners knowledge simply. The theory of teaching optimazation need to get along with new time.In virtue of modern information technology,my paper forms new acpuaintance concerning,teaching optimization of history,based on new reformatory ideas of curriculum idea of reformation,and experiments of curriculum.Thereout in the middle school,teaching optimization of history come into being the valuable tropism that concentrate on personal development. Base on its goal, I study teaching models,strategies and arts in the middle school,with the help of the modern information technology.By teaching practice,the theory of teaching optimization of history in the middle school is abstracted,then it can help to promote teachers' professional development.
