With the new curriculum reforms being carried out continuously, cooperative learning activities in groups appear in many elementary and middle schools in China. And the theory of cooperative learning is acknowledged by a lot of educators because of its scientific and operational characters .But we should see that the result and problem of using of the cooperative learning are coexist. Moreover it appears the formalization and generalization .So to discuss the validity of cooperative learning and factors of effective cooperation learning and propose some suggestions have important practical and theoretical meaning to the researchers and teachers. The paper mainly is divided into following several parts:The first part mainly summarizes the main questions of practicing of cooperative learning in Chinese teaching.The second part mainly explains the related theory of cooperative learning.The third part mainly discusses the correlation conception of effective cooperation learning in Chinese teaching.The forth part mainly analyzes the factors of effective cooperation learning.The fifth part mainly proposes some suggestions to make cooperative learning more effective.
