The Effect Of Time Management Training To Achievement Motives And Learning Statisfaction On Freshman

In order to study the Time Management Tendency,the Achievement Motives and StudySatisfaction of freshman,the effect of the Time Management Training, specially the effect of theformer to the other two, some 291 freshman from 9 different fields of study have been selectedrandomly to complete the research by method of Experiment Intervening. And severalconclusions have been confirmed as follow:1. The Time Management Tendency of freshman assumes the normal distribution, most of themstands for the medium degree on the Time Management Tendency with less for higher or lowerdegree, and the Achievement Motives runs the same way.2. It is not the sex that make a significance difference on their Time Management Tendency andeach dimension of the Tendency, but the field of study does. What's more, remarkable directproportion connection is discovered among the Time Management Tendency,the AchievementMotives and Study Satisfaction .3. The Time Management Training has remarkable influence to the rising of the Time ManagementTendency. The Time Management Training has remarkable influence to the Achievement Motivesand Learning Satisfaction. And also it can remarkably ris the Time Monitoring Concept by whichthe freshman rise their Achievement Motives and Study Satisfaction.4. Only the prediction function of to Achievement and Learning Ssttisfaction on TimeManagement Tendency and it's three sub-dimensions by Multi-layer Regression Analysis,thatexplains has some Intermediate effect ,and Time Management can improve Achievement Motives andLearning Satisfaction through improve it's Time Monitoring Concept.
