A Study On The Current Situation Of College Students' Employment Guidance And Improvement Strategies

In recent years,with the reform and development of higher education and college students' employment market,the scale of colleges in our country is increasingly expanding,the number of college graduates increased year by year,so the college students' employment problems have become increasingly prominent,has become a focus of concern with the school and the society of individual students and their families.In order to promote the employment of college students,as an important task to enhance training of College Students' employment ability,scientific and standardized system,and effectively carry out the high school employment guidance for college students.At present,China's colleges and universities has been widely carried out employment guidance work,but because of the employment guidance is a new topic in the work of colleges and universities,the colleges and universities in the exploration practice,especially the establishment of shorter colleges,employment guidance more inevitably exists some problems need to be improved.In this paper,taking XH College as the research object,the development and the present situation of college students employment guidance of universities,found the school as a school not a long time,have been fully aware of the significance of College Students' employment guidance,and actively guide the employment of college students,has made some achievements,but there are still some problems,such as the employment guidance organization is not perfect,the content of employment guidance in single form,lack of employment guidance of teachers professional employment guidance service function,employment evaluation system needs to be improved.These problems have affected the quality of employment,and restricted the development of employment guidance.The combination of theory and practice,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to these problems: improve the employment guidance organization,strengthen the construction of employment guidance curriculum,to build a high level of employment guidance teachers,develop and perfect employment guidance services to improve the quality of employment guidance for the goal of the evaluation system,in the hope of the current the severe employment situation of college students,improve the school employment guidance work.
