Performance appraisal is one of the important functions of modern human resources management. Though more and more vocational schools have attached much importance to its influence, the effect is not ideal. There are many reasons in it. Thus, we want to find some effective countermeasures to improve performance appraisal.The good performance appraisal can not only promote work results, and can make the school, teacher get a synchronous development, set up good image. We use the standard 360 degrees evaluation, the result of performance appraisal of foreign schools. Take Yifu vocational school as an example in chapter 3, some problems analyzing to performance appraisal. we should set up to carry on science to performance appraisal system completely to the teacher.We should explicit teacher's work job. Design valuation the system be namely investigated a person to carry on by one's own investigate and from lead to carry on evaluating directly, while student is evaluating, and then is examined by performance evaluation group. In the meantime according to the actual feedback of the school questionnaire, the establishment designed the Yifu vocational school performance appraisal system. After investigating evaluation system, also need to build up a certain direct mechanism. To the teacher's appraisal have to have in time of feedback, in addition to score feedback, all teachers increase some constructive and written form feedback, aiming at parts of teachers has to have interview.
