From The Phenomenon Of Loss Of Rural Teachers To See The Culture Of The School System

The importance of the education is being increased in the country, society and the individual's lives. People universally hope schools play an important role in the furthering the development of the economic development and the social progress. However, the different kinds of conflicts and the problems especially the drift of the excellent teachers inside the schools which is a fatal strike for schools especially in the country are far away from the expectations of the people. In recent years, the drift of teachers in the country has badly affected the normal lessons of the schools concerned. This kind of phenomena has become a tendency in the future. From the perspective of the stratagem of the development of the country based on the science and education and perspective of the institution which ensures the education of high quality for the farmers, the problem is so urgent for us to worry about. The problem in the state educational administrant system is the main reason of the problem in the thesis. I discuss the importance and the practical role of the creating the institutional culture of the school from the following six perspectives. They are oriented function, binding function, invigorative function, conformity function, educational function and the social function. Based on my theoretic research and my practical experience, I proposed that we should build our institutional culture of the school based on the people, the school and the scientific research. The establishment of the institutional culture of the school will contribute to the formation and the development of the school culture. Every school supervisors should deeply think about the problem. The reasonable institutional culture of the school will lead the whole school toa successful way.
