The reading teaching is always the great difficulty in language teaching. Although the dialogue teaching theory can not solves all the questions in reading teaching, but it at least has provided a new angle of view and the ponder space for the reading educational reform. This text on the basis of deeply understanding of the book "The Course Standard of Chinese" and drawing experience from the research about dialogic reading teaching, attempts to probe into the new topic of teaching in two aspects of theory and practice from the essence of reading teaching. The paper is divided into three parts altogether. Part1: under the instruction of the dialogue and dialogue teaching theory, reflecting on currently dialogic reading teaching aberration and deficiency, and pay attention to analyse four important problems. Part 2: includes the theory of dialogue pattern, mainly talk about apocalypse that the dialogue and the reading teaching theory bringing reading teaching and afford theoretical base and guidance to the next parts. Part 3:pointedly put forward the attempt way to innovate and advice dialogic reading teaching practice from concept and tactics angle, and has hardinessly groped and attempted it in the teaching practice, I have attempted to explains the dialogue theory through some bright teaching cases in the reading teaching utilization in order to induce the reading teaching basic principle based on the dialogue theory.
