Research Of The University's New Campus Culture Construction

Since the 1990s, the higher education has developed quickly in our country, with the systems of recruiting students reforming continuously. As it has expanded the number of students enrolled year by year, it satisfies people's need of receiving higher education, and many universities have established new campuses. The scale of higher education in our country is expanded. But a common problem in the new campuses is the lack of campus culture. We should know that it is hard to become the real excellent university without deep culture. Therefore , the establishment and development of campus culture in the new campus is especially important.Though the campus culture is not a new topic, there is some misunderstanding about it. Most people hold the opinion that campus culture is nothing but the political education or the second classroom activity, neglecting the great significance that the spiritual characteristics of campus culture mean to the management and development of the university. Therefore, some explanations related to the theories of campus culture will help us have a clearer and more accurate idea in the establishment and development of campus culture in the new campus.It is the foundation of this paper to explain some theories related to campus culture. To analyze the present conditions and its problems in the new campus is the background of this paper. It is the purpose of this paper to put forward countermeasures in the establishment and development of campus culture in the new campus. This paper tries to explain some theories related to campus culture , emphasize the great significance of the establishment and development of campus culture in the new campus from the reality. And based on that, this paper put forward the principles, the general trains of thought and strategies in the establishment and development of campus culture in the new campus.
