The Chinese new course reform in compulsory education started up in due form in 2001, it has achieved brilliant achievement, at the same time it exists the problems of the tendency in city centralization and country fringe. What's a pity, it hasn't aroused enough recognition. Even if some people try to cover up the deficiency in the country course reform with the achievement in the city course reform. It lacks courage of the deep consideration in the Chinese new course reform of villages and towns junior high school, even more effective measures.The thesis takes Weichang County as the angle of view, exerts the measures of the literature,natural observation,questionnaire,informal discussion,visit etc. Deploy the investigation in the problems of Chinese teacher's diathesis and education,the choice and use of Chinese teaching materials,the exploitation and utilization of Chinese course resource,Chinese learning method and course evaluation in junior high school. At last it gives the basic conclusion. At the same time, It aims at the problems of the system construction,theory localization,teacher education,the exploitation and utilization of course recourse,course evaluation in Chinese course reform of the junior high school. It searches for the breakout way of Chinese new course reform in the county and village junior high school, It takes no time to delay the construction of Chinese teacher's staff, offer the effective system safeguard and establish the harmonious reformational environment.
