With the development of the times,the status of education is becoming more and more prominent.The proportion of educational expenditure to family expenditure is also increasing.People pursue more and more high quality education.Private schools have sprung up like bamboo shoots after the reform and opening up.In the course of more than 40 years of development,the masses have been favored by the masses,but they are also faced with many problems to be solved.The problem of teacher pressure is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Private school teachers are facing special management and school running system.Compared with public schools,students and parents' demands for schools and teachers are higher and more complex.They feel that work difficulty is increasing,work rhythm is accelerating,and work pressure is increasing.The problem of work stress caused by it deserves the attention and research of the whole society.The research on the problem of working pressure involves a variety of disciplines,including education,management,sociology,psychology and so on.Moreover,the research on the problem of work pressure has started early on both in China and in the world.As a front-line teacher of private schools,there is a problem of excessive work pressure and too much work pressure.First of all,it will have great harm to the education and teaching of the school.Secondly,the physical and mental health of the teachers of the school is hard to be guaranteed.Facing the increasingly prominent work pressure,both in practice and in theory,the research of the work pressure is of great significance and research value.Therefore,we need to strengthen the research.We should study the work stress of teachers in private schools,and carry out scientific and effective management of pressure,so as to alleviate the heavy pressure of teachers.In order to study the work pressure of the teachers in the WH school,this paper,based on the existing research results,draws on the relevant literature records and combines the actual characteristics of the group of private teachers,designs the questionnaire of the working pressure with the theory of cognitive psychology as the guiding ideology.The specific work pressure,the degree of pressure and the consequences of the work pressure are determined by the teachers at present.Through the actual questionnaire survey and the summary and analysis of the results of the investigation,the following conclusions are made: firstly,in general,most of the teachers in our school are in high pressure level,and the high pressure of the long term has affected the teachers in varying degrees.Health,life and work;second,from the source of stress,the largest number of the first three pressures is a large amount of work,difficult to evaluate the title,and the difficulty of communication with the leadership.After the completion of the relevant research and analysis of the main reasons,the first three sources of pressure are analyzed,and the corresponding management improvement methods are found to help the teachers to solve the pressure.The problem is to establish and improve a fair and fair teacher evaluation system and career planning by combining theory with practice,combining the management tools of organizational behavior,and using a planned scientific and rational way of thinking.The main significance of this article is to promote the long-term development of the school,the care and service spirit of the teachers should be taken to improve the physical and mental health of the teachers and alleviate the negative effects of the pressure.
