There is an trend in the development of education, in which the focus on education has been changed from "Lifelong Education" to "Lifelong Learning" . In the field of moral education, this trend displayed the transforming from "Moral Education" to "Moral Learning" . Obviously the lifelong learning consists of the lifelong moral learning. And the proposal of this lifelong moral learning goes along with the world trends in education development. As a new thought of moral education, the lifelong moral learning is bound to make a great difference to the present practice in school moral education. However, in the current practice of school moral education , the problems in lifelong moral learning has not attracted our attention highly and fell behind relatively both in theory and practice. In terms of the current situation in school moral education, this paper has probed into the practical problems existing in school moral education with regard to the concepts of lifelong moral learning, explained the connotation of lifelong moral learning, analysed the necessity and possibility for putting forward the concepts of lifelong moral learning, inquired into the basis concepts of school moral education concerning the lifelong learning in ethics, and the author has explored some approaches to the school moral education guided by the concepts of lifelong moral learning.
