At present ,many educators have discussed moral education from different angles and have put forward a series of new ideas different of traditional moral, such as living moral, active moral, vital moral, institutional moral, principal moral of numerous humanistic moral concept, on the basis of profound analysis of moral education in the current situation, they constructed his own theoretical framework of the modern moral education, which had a positive and reasonable academic significance from respective different aspects. The "life-long moral learning" idea mentioned by this article, is a new thinking of modern moral education and is unique in the present study.Lifelong moral learning concept faces the future, individual growth as the angle of view and the basic problems existing in reality as a starting point, seizes the fundamentality of problem solving through the surface fog. Towards life-long moral learning is the process of education humanization. The most concentrated expression of the humanization is, people-oriented; man is the purpose of education. Humanization is fully displayed as translation of internal basic elements for education process, including the relation transformation of one another and the relation transformation of learning and teaching. Students are moral learner, teachers are also moral learners. The teacher does not teach students the ready-made moral principles and tell students ready-made ethics anymore; The teacher organize, guide and help the students to learn the moral by themselves."The moral learning theory"emphasizes the internal function, emphasizes the learners to exercise by themselves namely. Lifelong moral learning is lifelong moral self-learning and lifelong self-improvement process. Not only minor, but teachers, parents and all adults are moral learners. At all times and in all over the world, many politicians and thinker both pay attention to lifelong moral cultivation. In this view, lifelong moral learning will surpass education category, and be considered a belongs to the category of survival problems. Further, life-long moral learning is becoming an important survival responsibility, no life-long moral learning, there is no such thing as human social existence of life, no life-long moral learning, there is no such thing as human survival quality of life, it will become a living concept of people in the future. Present moral education only consciously thinks improving juveniles lifelong moral learning and lifelong development as its own duty to obtain the character and implication with the trend of the times. This paper consists of four parts:The first part mainly analyzes the present puzzledom of moral education. Due to"the scientific tendency","extensive political tendency","idealized tendency"and"adult tendency"and so on of the school moral education in our country, which led to"tool tendency"of the moral education eventually covered up the true look of the moral education. The second part emphatically expounds the connotation of life-long moral learning. First, the life-long moral learning is a lifelong process; Second, lifelong moral learning is a lifelong independent construction process which carries on continuously for life, Third, the life-long moral learning goals is to pursue the life value realization and personality perfection. The third part expounds the necessity of life-long moral learning from two aspects of inevitability and lifelong necessityage The four part elaborates the enlightenment of life-long moral learning concept to the school moral education of our country. Playing the radiation effect of life-long moral learning concept to moral education accord with the tendency of"from teaching to learning"of the current education study, is also an important choice of enriching and developing the theory and developing the research vision field of the moral education Meanwhile, there is some enlightenment of the life-long moral learning to the practice of school moral education. Our school moral education should get rid of the target of developing the ideal people and the content of the established standard and principle and the traditional moral education pattern of one-way infusion which lives in the objective rational thinking mode, and should find new growing point for moral education reform. Building up life-long moral learning concept, respecting students' subject status, considering dialogue as the main form of moral learning and progress are worth pursuing in China's current reform of the school moral education.
