Along with the course reform of basic education and the promotion of quality education, the reforms of secondary education and teaching have become the trend of the times.Teaching in the school is the central task, as well as the main field of implementing the new course reform; while teaching management is also the main task of school administration. Seriously hindering the deepening teaching reform and the further improvement of teaching quality, the backward situation of teaching management has to be changed urgently.This paper starts with the investigation of current school management, summarizes the main problems of our school management, analyzes the causes and proposes some improvement measures, mainly in two aspects: macroscopic level and microscopic level. Macroscopic level is concerned with teaching management concepts, teaching management departments and teaching management systems; while microscopic level includes exercise management, time management, and quality management. Combining with the educational and teaching theory I have learned, I propose some Corresponding improvement measures after summarizing our school management problems from the above two levels, six aspects.
