Geographic process refers to the geographical objects and phenomena which appear dynamic change over time. Reflecting this "time section" geographic things and phenomenon on the dynamic variation process of the basic facts, such as the concept, principle, rule knowledge is called the geographic process knowledge, including geographical cycle process, geographical evolution process, geographical volatility change process, geographical diffusion process. The teaching material of "geographic process knowledge" is selected from geography in the "process", such as atmospheric circulation process, earth movement process, material migration process, etc. At the same time, it is also an important part of geographical knowledge, occupies an important position in the high school geography, lays the important foundation of knowledge, for other rules and the original rational teaching, but its importance has not caused enough attention of front-line teachers, most teachers put this part of the knowledge as other knowledge of geography, emphasis on imparting knowledge, rather than the cultivation of the student’s ability. This article is on the basis of "geographic process" knowledge to evaluate teaching status quo, according to the methodology of geography and related education teaching theory, puts forward some corresponding teaching strategies for improvement.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is seizing the geographic process knowledge researching present situation, as the writing of this article established research starting point.The second part is through the questionnaire survey and the interview to analyze "geographic process" knowledge teaching present situation, on this basis to find the main problems of " geographic process knowledge" existing in the teaching status quo, and then analyze the reasons of the existence of these problems.The third part is according to the analysis of the current situation to raise teaching strategy of improving the status quo "geographic process knowledge"...
