The university instructors are the backbone to carry out the political and ideological education of university students. Along with the changes and development of the social situation, the higher education is increasingly demanding to the responsibility of the instructor group. In the course of professionalization a series of principles should be conformed to: the Humanist principle, the effective principle ,the integrity principle and the dynamic principle. By strengthening the construction of the instructors' professional knowledge, perfecting the training system, strengthening the professional standard, establishing the professional organization, and improving the occupational security mechanism, we can forge a professional instructor group with the firm political belief, the excellent professional work, the strict discipline, and the correct attitude.
