In this thesis, the author describes and gives an explanation of the management of the school-based in-service training practices of L Secondary School in Nan Jing by using the case study method, and anatomizes and reflects the problems caused by the management of the school-based in-service training in order to promote the management of the school-based in-service training to develop more effectively and provide a fresh case for the theory and practice of the management of school-based in-service training which is still in its infancy. In this thesis, it's researched in three parts:In the first part, the author hackles the concept of the management of the school-based in-service training from the macroscopical point of view, and describes and explains the concept of the school-based in-service training by using the theories of the management.In the second part, the author describes and explains the practice of the management of the school-based in-service training of L Secondary School in Nan Jing from the point of the view of a manager. The author describes and explains the polestar of the management, the framework of the organization and its function, the systems of the safeguard, how to make the project of the school-based in-service training and how to put it in practice in this school. At last, the effect of the management of the school-based in-service training is generalized from the internal and external layers. In the third part, the author analyzes and reflects the practice of the management of the school-based in-service training of L Secondary School from the view of an onlooker, and thinks that the management of the school-based in-service training of this school has its own unique characteristics. The author also reflects the problems of the headmaster's idea of the school-based in-service training and management, and the functions of the management of the training and research institutions.
