The school-based in-service training, roots from the development of school, which is initiated and marked out by schools. It is a kind of school training of satisfaction of every teacher and has obvious personality characters. It is a kind of training of according to school and teachers' learning, study and practice, which is the important part of the teachers' education of elementary and primary school. With the reform of our country's basic education, people pay more attention to it. Because of the influence of the traditional, one-off and terminative pedagogic education, the school-based in-service training needs deeply theory research and systemic practice operation. The school-based in-service training which is for the service of teachers professional development, is trying to combine this form of training and teachers professional development together so as to let the training system right under the service of teachers professional development. In this thesis, The author will probe into the meaning, traits, significances and the relative theory, the questions of it theoretical thinking as follows: main body needs, man-based management, teachers professional development, life-long learning. This paper will explain the five composing factors, which includes aim and intention, principal part and object, training content, training modality and management and practice strategies and processes. In this course, the author tries to emphasize facing teachers' professional development in training, and tries to find a breakthrough to teachers' learning.
