Character of culture in university make little by little effects on great deals of students. Good University culture exercising body and heart can make them adapt this society ;and advance students'morality character and morality ideas,taste spice , and perfect mind and so on , therefore, improving University culture makes sense on educated development. Healthy culture in university need both academic activities and physical education. PE being important part of University culture is the kind of the widest, the more lively and original culture. PE activities including exercising body and entrainments not only enrich culture life after classing but also create especial character of culture in university. In all , culture in university is in favor to creating lively culture in university, changing closing of culture in university, raising creating spirit of culture in university. This paper analyses that PE is important in creating culture in university , and limitations of development of culture in university. The author brings forward to advice that improve PE in order to bring to play more function.
