College Students In Business Management Theory-based Management System

The supervision of the freshmen is the key link of University students supervising, which faces many new challenges with the development of the economy and the program of the society. How to change the mind, how to break the traditional pattern and how to build a new system of the supervision of the freshmen is a new task that we have to fulfill. From the theory of business administration, this essay mainly proposes to build a new system for the supervision of the freshmen by using the theory of business administration. By explaining the theory of business administration, and analyzing the examples in Heilongjiang University at which the author works, this essay deeply discusses the problems that exist in the supervision of the freshmen among Universities at the present time and the reasons for these problems, and further proposes to build the new Trinity system (the supervising system of inspiring, the supervising system of service, the supervising system of systemization) of the supervision of the freshmen at the core of the all-round development of students.
