With the vigorous implementation of social work policies in China,social work institutions in various regions are also actively developing,including the training of personnel in institutions,the improvement of institutional system,and so on.At the same time,some professionals in social work specialty are also making further efforts to establish supervision system for social work institutions.It is with this opportunity that the author enters the MY social work organization in B city to carry out a case study of the institution supervision system.MY social work organizations are also exploring in many ways:strengthening institutional management,improving the quality of professional services,establishing institutional supervision system and promoting the development of social work industry.At present,MY social work organizations have corresponding supervisory system,including the selection of supervisors,the training of supervisors and the assessment of supervisors,which has achieved some results in the development of the institutions.However,some problems have also been encountered in the exploration of the supervisory system,which restricts the development of the supervision work of the institutions.It is worth discussing how to solve the problems encountered by institutions in exploring supervision work and help more social work organizations to promote the development of supervision work so as to promote the development of social work industry.This paper uses qualitative research method to analyze the supervisory needs of employees at all levels of MY social work organization in B city to improve the supervisory system of the organization.In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 employees in the organization,which were divided into two core managers,three direct managers and five service managers according to the position of the organization.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the review of the supervision situation of social workers at home and abroad;secondly,the study of the internal supervision situation of MY social workers institutions,including the status quo of the supervision of institutions,the advantages of institutions in supervision,the problems in the supervision of institutions,the understanding of the status quo of supervision in institutions,plays a key role in exploring the supervision needs of employees at all levels in institutions;Thirdly,the supervisory needs of employees at all levels in MY social work organizations are analyzed,including core management,direct management and implementation service,and the supervisory needs of employees at three levels are discussed in detail.Based on the exploration of supervisory work,this paperanalyses the supervisory needs of employees at all levels in the organization,and makes an effort to promote the supervisory work of the organization.
