Chinese education as the mother subject of study, which has its own advantageous condition and particular superiority in the aspect of student's individuality education, Chinese individualization education has already been the necessary requirement for the education reform deepening, while how to realize Chinese individualization education is the inevitable topic which in the presence of each Chinese teacher.This thesis bases on the inobservance of student's individualization education conditions which exists in the current Chinese education, make systematic, deep consideration and research on Chinese education individualization. Firstly clear and define the connotation of individuality, individuality education, Chinese individualization education, state individuality education, especially expound the essence of Chinese individualization education. Secondly, state the necessity and possibility of Chinese education individualization. Finally, combine with the practice teaching, from teacher teaching, student learning and teaching evaluation three aspects to research the approach and method of realization on Chinese individualization education.
