In recent years,with the rapid development of programming,the United Kingdom,the United States,South Korea and China have begun to attach importance to programming education,through programming software to produce games or animations and through robot programming to achieve some effects,these applications are gradually entering many primary and secondary schools,and now Scratch visual programming software is more easily accepted by primary and secondary students,including various kinds of mathematics.Knowledge,such as coordinates,angles,directions and proportions.At present,mathematics education receives certain attention in every country,so through the integration of visual programming and mathematics in the teaching process,it can also provide a good opportunity for primary and secondary schools to carry out programming education.In this study,Scratch will be used as a carrier to carry out the integration of programming and mathematics education,so that students can use Scratch programming software to better learn mathematical knowledge,while cultivating students'algorithmic thinking,and can be better applied to practice.However,how to design curriculum activities and how to better organize students'active participation in activities is a difficult point.This requires the integration of Scratch programming software and mathematical knowledge points,and the implementation of the curriculum using 5Es teaching framework.Therefore,a quasi-experimental study of students'learning conditions has been carried out,and the teaching effect has been verified.In order to verify the effectiveness of the Scratch and Mathematical Fusion course,a more appropriate evaluation dimension should be used.According to domestic and foreign literatures,algorithm thinking,mathematics attitude,and mathematical thinking have been regarded as important indicators for the teaching effect of Scratch and mathematics integration.Therefore,this study mainly explores the influence of mathematics attitudes,achievements and algorithmic thinking on primary school students through the curriculum of Scratch and mathematics.In this study,105 fourth-grade students were selected as the subjects.The experiment used the non-equal control group before and after the quasi-experimental design.The experimental class implemented the Scratch and mathematics fusion course,and the traditional class of information technology was implemented.The research shows that:(1)the mathematics attitude of the experimental class students is significantly higher than that of the control class,while the overall attitude,mathematics fun,mathematics confidence,mathematics motivation,the experimental class students are more active or the students' recognition of the items is higher,but there is no mathematical value dimension.(2)The mathematics scores of the experimental class and the control class did not improve significantly,but the mathematics scores of the experimental class students improved significantly,especially the math scores of the low group students compared with the high and middle group students.There is a significant improvement,the course has a certain help for low-group students,and has a positive impact;(3)with the ScratchMath course through the sequence structure,selection structure,cycle structure,the students are drawing flowcharts The ability,the problem of decomposition,the selection of the optimal algorithm,and the innovation of the work are gradually improved,and the interest of students in programming is also increasing.Through various aspects of improvement,the students' thinking of the algorithm is gradually improving.Through experiments,the study draws the following conclusions:(1)The integration of Scratch and mathematics in the elementary school information technology class can effectively improve pupils' mathematics attitudes;(2)The integration of Scratch and mathematics in the elementary school information technology class positively affects the mathematics scores of primary school students.Impact,but not significant;(3)Scratch and mathematics in the elementary school information technology class can effectively improve the algorithmic thinking of primary school students.This research focuses on the Scratch and Mathematical Integration course,and uses the 5Es teaching framework as the activity process to teach,and finds that it has a certain impact on students' mathematics and programming learning effects.Through the experimental process,some inspirations are obtained.One of the effective teaching methods of Scratch and mathematics fusion course.Designing the curriculum activities of Scratch and mathematics is the key to improve the mathematics attitude of primary school students.The flow chart is the key to promote students' algorithmic thinking,so it is effective for development.Scratch's curriculum integration with mathematics expands the horizons,provides ideas for the design and development of mathematics and programming courses,and the current teaching status.It also provides a new research direction for scholars who will study at the same time.
