With the rapid development of information technology and the advancement of life-long education, web-based instruction has been one of potential education forms. Though web-based instruction that has vigorous development is the necessary choice of era, the new education form emerges many problems. Especially the pivotal causes restricting its development are the quality and the level of web-based instructional interaction. At present the special measure studying interactional process and disciplinarian has not been founded, and the cognition about interactional process mostly rest on experience lay based on idea, so the study on web-based instructional interaction has important realistic purport. Gilberthe Moore, an American distance education expert, indicated that: the new character arising in web-based instruction made us use interaction movement theory and likely instruction strategy to strengthen learning, so we should hold the character of interaction movement under network environment, balance the relation of interaction and independence, and rightly instruction design centering on the learner, which made students learn effectively in the interaction of teaching resource and other learners. The thesis researches the actuality of web-based instruction between teachers and students, and primary discusses the fact affecting the web-based instructional interaction of students and teachers, and provides theory in-depthly resolving the process and rule of instructional interaction, then discovering effective strategy for evaluating and ameliorating web-based instruction design and instruction level.The thesis discusses the background of the selection, the significance of the study, and definition the interaction, the instruction interaction, the web-based instructional interaction and the web-based instructional interaction. Then detailedly puts up literature on the study present condition both domestic and abroad and on the theories foundation. At the basic of theory discussion, the thesis carried through questionnaire research on the participation of the teachers and the students, the cognition of the students and the emotional intercourse between teachers and the students about the asynchronous teaching discussion and the synchronous respondence on-line, with the Shandong TV University for example. The study statistic analysis the research date applying SPSS software. According to the result the thesis summarized the factor influencing and restricting the course BBS, then it put forward the improved suggestion and the strategy form the teacher's factor, student's factor and the interactional tool, finally it designed a new BBS forum as the complement of course BBS.The feature of the thesis consists in discussion many factors affecting web-based instructional interaction from educational psychology, especially educational social psychology. The investigation indicates that the adult students have participated the course BBS with high enthusiasm, especially boy students have appeared higher flexibility. The course BBS was subjected to a greatly student's affirmation, it was the most conformable studying method, made the student complete study mission more easily. The resources is the main part and the principal factor of the development of the course BBS, it is the key of the valid instructional interaction between teachers and the students. The student has already carried on the need of the emotional intercourse with teacher, and hoped earnestly interactional atmosphere in the study space. Students have satisfied the t teacher's behavior, but they put forward more request for the teacher, as the result, the teacher needed to advance their quality to satisfy the various need. The course BBS should also have an appropriate version piece and more reasonable management. The student had many problem in the process of independent study, so the student should set up right study consciousness, moderate the relationship in every direction.The thesis finally puts emphasis on the strategy and the principle of designing new BBS, it also discusses the design modules for the new designing. The new BBS will be the most complement of course BBS, it will improve student's studying efficiency, cultivate study ability, cooperation ability and thinking ability.
