In the tewnty-first century that has the trend of the global integration, the main position in Chinese education---classroom teaching faces the great challenge. The creativity of the teachers and students is limited by the traditional classroom teaching. The shouting of the reform in classroom teaching is higher and higher. After The Language Course Standard came into effect, the dynamic language classroom teaching view was carried out.Dynamic born state is an important teaching principle that is the indication given to the teaching process by the complicated mode of thinking. As is stated in the theory of " New foundation education "by professor Ye Lan, as long as the teacher really have regarded for a student to grow up in many ways, having regard for the possibility of various combinations and the development way and teachers and the students' common activity, they can discover the classroom teaching has the characteristic of born. The language academics that tool and humanities unify in, because of its proper academics characteristic, have particularly to initiate the dynamic state born necessity strongly.
