The Analysis Of The Collective Action On The Workers Safeguarding Their Benefaction In The Reformation Of The State-Owned Enterprise

With the further deepening of China's structural transformation, institutional change of state-owned enterprise workers in the process of collective activism intensified, more exposed a new trend. The ways to solve the collective action of the workers in the state-owned enterprise are different form before. The collective action had placed in which T steelworks in northeast,the enterprise that take part in reforming was compelled withdraw its capital, but one person was died in this collective action. Therefore, in the research we choose the typical collective action which takes placed in the state-owned enterprise reformation in T steelworks as the research object, and analysis the inside and outside factors that affect the workers collective actions taking place in the state-owned enterprise reformation. The uses of sociological theory analysis of these factors, and try to find the way to resolve collective action that the workers safeguarding their benefaction in the state-owned enterprise reformation.After the depth of analysis of interview data, this study found that to really promote the reform of state-owned enterprise system, the process of collective activism of workers is divided into internal and external factors that occurred in two parts: firstly, Lead to restructuring state-owned workers' collective activism in the external factors, local government, equity groups and three factory workers in the process of institutional change in the interests of the game.The action logic of the local government is to make the political success and pursuit the administrative efficiency. The action logic of the enterprise that takes part in reforming is to make profit. In this cases the right and interests of the workers'was impaired, and failure of the action inside the political structural for the workers safeguard their benefaction, resulting the workers with a strong discontent. Second, the inside factors is the rights and the interests was impaired in the reformation, the workers have the unfired emotions, and made the consciousness of collective action, and overcome the case of hitching a ride。The space conditions where the collective action was taken place provides the conditions for the news spreading and the forming of the consciousness of collective action, the collective action was taken place.Through theoretical analysis, this study found that workers in restructuring state-owned collective activism because the body produces the fundamental transformation of socio-economic system, leading to social transformation in other areas, a "normative vacuum", "system missing" status, leading to localized areas of social life disorder. So if we want to solve the collective action on the workers safeguarding their benefaction in the state-owned enterprise reformation, we should establish and improve relevant rules and norms. After the analysis, we found promoting the transformation of government functions, and improving the social security system, and the system of democratic participation of citizens, and strengthening the construction of non-governmental organizations are ways to solve collective action on the workers safeguarding their benefaction in the state-owned enterprise reformation.
