With the leaping development of the Higher Education in China, especially the further reform of college graduates' employment mechanism, free choice has become the main stream in their job-hunting. Therefore, college graduates' employment has entered into a new era, The standard and quality in the process of offering guidance for graduates is directly associated with their successful employment. At present, most universities orient their job-hunting guidance for graduation class like "a prompt sale" or "preparation only before the last moment". The contents are restricted within the employment analysis, employment information gathering, passing job-hunting techniques, offering guidance in self-recommendation letter composition, and techniques in job-interviews. Though it is necessary in doing so, it still doesn't offer essential help for graduates in the severe competitive job-market. 1t is far from enough especially to such a special group of students. When facing the severe competition in job-hunting, the rigor demands from the employers and other competitors, a large number of graduates feel anxious or even hopeless. In order to help students to take the first step well and choose their first ideal job composedly at ease, job-hunting guidance must be prearranged, so as to enable graduates to take precautions in ideology, knowledge and mind. Job-hunting guidance must also cover their whole process.The thesis began with expounding the topic background and significance, clarifying the key points, difficulties and innovative points of the research, then the current career guidance situation in our country has been thoroughly studied through a brief review of the historical evolution of employment system and the domestic and foreign undergraduate career education work development history and present condition.The research is based on questionnaires of the undergraduate employment situation. The author carried on comprehensive and objective analysis of existing problems, discovered the weak points and problems. Meanwhile, the author proposed the idea of building the entire-journey undergraduate employment education mode, which includes four periods: employment exploration period, employment localization period, employment practice period and employment differentiation period, and elaborated these four periods specific contents. These four periods constitute integrity to make up the insufficient points of the current career guidance work. Moreover, the author presented the realization methods and ways to improve universities employment education work and to establish undergraduate career guidance system.This research is synthetical practical and realistic. As a result ,it is based on practice and combines theory with practice. The important and difficult points in this article is to constitute the education mode of whole-course employment and to quantify the specific content of every stage. The irrovations in this article include: First, the comprehensive,systematic and integrated mode of whole-course employment education is constituted.It is proposed that college students'employment education should be divided into four phase: exploration, orientation,practice and differentiation. It ends he fractional condition of traditional study. Secondly, this article can be practiced in reality. The conclusion drawn from the study can be applied to the employment education of college students. It breaks through the traditional model that stays at the stage of theory.
