| The problem in graduates'employment has been an increasingly hotspot and focus in our society. This issue is not only has a direct relationship with each graduate's vital interests, family's welfare, but also influence the sound sustainable development of colleges and peace of society. To strengthen the ideological and political education is the important section and basic guaranty for the work of graduate's obtaining employments. In order to contribute on the resolution, our study analyzed the problems of the ideological and political education that generated in graduate's employment. The text is combined by six parts.Part one is introduction. We analyzed the purpose, significance and arguments in our study, summarized the current situation of the research both at home and abroad and indicated the originality innovation of this study. We also represented the methods and ideas and indicated the insufficiency.Part two is the description about the awkward situation that graduates faced. This chapter presented the different expressions that our graduates do before the pressure. Such as, the overall employment rate is at low level, more and more graduates turn to take examinations to be a public servant and competitive employment leading to injustice. This is our starting point to present our study.Part three is about the different reflection that given by graduates under the difficult situation in employment. We illustrated a series of problems that generated in job obtaining procedure. Such as, a certain amount of graduates turned to be panic, depressive, passive and blindly. We also analyzed the causes from graduates themselves, colleges and community aspects that leading to the psychological problems.Part four is about the significance that ideological and political education can impact on graduates in their establishing proper psychology in employment. The significance is divided into three aspects. First, ideological and political education could lead college students to establish proper choosing and obtaining job view. Secondly, it also can correct graduates deviation both in the mind and deed. The last aspect is ideological and political education could culture our college students to form a healthy and active psychological quality.Part five analyzed the problems that ideological and political education has in dealing with the graduates'employment. Such as, disjunction and lag behind with the development of society, the methods and content are deficient and ideological and political team is not quality high enough and so on.Part six gave us the corresponding strategy that strengthening the ideological and political education for undergraduates. We should realize the essential status of the ideological and political education and strengthen the education with clearly targets. Besides, the educative methods also should be improved. At the same time, to cultivate an ideological and political education team for teachers with high quality which combined by teachers, assistant, class tutors and executive worker, meanwhile, professional teachers and outside specialist also were invited in. Ultimately,to change the undergraduates traditional conception and to strength exploration both in theory and practice in order to make undergraduate employment directions perfected. This part is the key point and also is the innovative part of the study. |
