Vocational higher education institutions have become a booming part of Chinese higher education, undertaking the important work of training the personals that are able to become skilled and can meet the needs of production, construction, the first-line management and service. Graduates from higher vocational institutions are an important source of new labor. Their practitioners largely affected the professional and ethical standards of the overall staffs and clerks. The objective existence risk of their professional ethics directly impacts on the stability of the entire society and civilization. Economic development and social progress increase the labor's quality requirements: not only the increasing demand for professional skills, but also the moral qualities, especially the particular demands of the increasingly quality of professional ethics. To strengthen our professional ethics research in Vocational education institutions is not only helpful to deepen the meaning of student quality education, but help students reach a greater degree of personal qualities. It will help them build a road more smoothly into the community. Professional ethics education for the current students will also help the whole community groups keep awareness of professional ethics and regulate professional activities. It is conducive to the whole community of contradictions and more harmonious social relations. So in higher vocational colleges professional ethics education is of great significance.With the higher vocational education development, the education of professional ethics has made some remarkable achievements. But there still is a big gap between moral qualities of the current vocational students and current requirements of the severe form. There are still many problems that need an urgent solution, specifically manifested in the following aspects: 1: the importance of professional ethics is not enough. 2: professional ethics education lags behind, which seriously affected the results. 3: the goal of professional ethics education is fuzzy and lack of planning. 4: the content of professional ethics is obsolete and is under a single method. 5: education quality of professional ethics is poor. 6: the simple evaluation reduces the effectiveness of professional ethics education.Vocational education institutions present a few problems in professional ethics education, to improve our practice in professional ethics education. In teaching practice, we have been learning and actively exploring the measures and experiences as below: 1: further enhance understanding and strengthen leadership. 2: updating the belief of professional ethics education and expanding the connotation of moral education and vocational fields. 3: setting up a clear ethical education goal, ensuring education orientation and gender. 4: keeping innovative contents of professional ethics education, keeping the education timely manner. 5: keeping an innovative method of professional ethics, widening professional ethics education. 6: building the contingent of professional ethics of teachers, and improving the quality of education. 7: establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system, giving correct remarks on the effectives of the professional ethics education.This article is mainly adopting literature, evidence analysis and interviews, access to information through questionnaires and discussion with students and teachers, exchanges with other channels from the multiple dimensions of professional ethics in institutions of Higher Education and systematic and comprehensive analysis. It compares professional ethics and moral education at home and abroad to understand the meaning of the combination. It seeks a breakthrough in professional ethics education in professional colleges in the theory and practice and gives some supports to innovation of moral education in higher vocational colleges. In an attempt to outline a rough within the framework of professional ethics of higher vocational education institutions, it reflects the reality on the basis of analysis and to further improve our professional ethics in the theory and models in vocational education institutions.
