Vocational education, aiming at developing high-quality and high-skilled workers talent, is the education form with the most direct link with the labor market in our current education system. The ultimate goal of Community Vocational College is to provide qualified workers and technical personnel for the first line of every profession. With the development of society, industrial upgrading and updating equipment, labors with higher quality and more specialized skills are needed. The general moral education units can not meet the needs of employment. Vocational institutions need to persist in the "employment as a guide" and put more efforts in professional ethic education in order to run well the vocational education. While the current professional ethic education level is not so high in Vocational institutions, which is a weak point. It is staying in the classroom teaching stage and puts too much emphasis on instilling into students the ethic knowledge and employing the effect of good examples without the participating of the student, and can not have these educations accepted by students. How to combine knowledge, feelings and conduction together and make the student to transfer the professional ethic knowledge to their own professional performance habit, is a good problem worth exploring. In that Community Vocational Colleges are not fully independent institutions, there are many difficulties in professional settings, funding supports, students sources and employments of graduate students. As a vocational college teacher, I am aware of the negative impact to the students, schools and Employers caused by the lack of professional ethics education.This paper focused on the current professional ethics education situation of Community Vocational College students, investigated the quality of students source, moral foundation and profession realization, and analyzed the reason why Community Vocational College students lack basic professional ethics . Taking the tourism profession as an example, targeting at the contents of tourism professional ethics education, this paper also discussed how could community Vocational College improve their competition ability, acquire the best reward through appropriate input and establish characterized professional ethics education system. By this means, Community Vocational Colleges may can help students develop goodprofessional ethics and habits, and find their own places in the fierce competition of the future employment, therefore win a good reputation for community Vocational Colleges. This will bring good efficiency and form a good cycle from admission, education to employment for the community Vocational Colleges. The students' ability and sense of seeking jobs will be enhanced in practice, the employment risk can be reduced and the professional ethics knowledge also can be transformed into conscious habits of action by the students.
