College Students Ideological And Political Education Of Communication Research

Communication plays an important role in shifting a natural man to a social one. So it cannot be separated from education which aims at training and developing people. Nowadays, college ideological and political education environment being increasingly complicated, and learners being diversified, it is a great task to realize positive communication between educators and learners and to develop the college ideological and political education.The thesis has been finished based on the background of the previous research and the significance of this topic. It explores the concept, connotation and types of the communication in college ideological and political education, and analyzes its main elements and characteristics. Then, the thesis explains it from the perspective of the innate character view in the Marxism, company behavior theories and human-oriented scientific development notion for its explanation in realityThe status quo reveals the problems—more attention goes to subject than to object, resulting in the distance between the educators and the educated; more emphasis to sensibility than to emotion, leading to the lack of emotion; more consideration to cramming than to communication causing static and unidirectional tendency. Therefore, analysis has been made about educators, the educated, communicative channel and environment.The final part summaries four principles and such three methods as confabulation, discussion and counseling in order to eliminate the problems. According to the chapter 3, the detail solutions are as follows. To start with, strengthen educators' diathesis and ability. Besides, enhance students' consciousness and capacity in communication. In addition, construct multi-channel structure with class communication as the main part, internet and family-school connection as supplementary part. Finally, improve the atmosphere on campus. How to improve the status of the communication in college ideological and political education is the core of this thesis.
