Credit System Reform In China Constraints And Countermeasures

The credit system is an advanced educational management institution. The significant behavior of this system is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude to award good student and develop student's personality. University all over the world thinks highly of credit system. China is one of the countries which practice this system early in the world. The development of the credit system in our country is tortuous. But strictly speaking, Chinese credit system is not the really credit system, it relates with our national condition and educational tradition.Practicing credit system is a complicated and systematic project. Employing means of document research and historical research, comparative research, this thesis sketches the relative concept of the credit system, compares the strong and weak points between the credit system and the academic system, and reviews the original history and development of the credit system in China. The thesis introduces the successful experiences of other developed countries, like America, Japan, England and France, we can gain a good deal of enlightenment from it. The thesis analyzes the restricted factors of the credit system and puts forward some countermeasures to reform the credit system according to the present situation in our country and university, which is the emphasis of this thesis.The author hopes to theoretically enrich the studies on the credit system in China and to practically make a reference for credit system reform in our university.
