With the development of the times and the reform, more and more people have recognized the importance of the oral communication language for the following reasons:Only have strong oral communication language you can communicate and cooperate with others,express yourself well,show your good personal qualities,get on well with others,bring you success in your life and cheer you up when you are feeling sad.So we can say the ability of the oral communication language is the most founded ability for modern citizen.However, in most secondary school of Suqi an City many Chinese teachers value the ability of the students ' writing and reading.They spend a lot of time teaching them. At the same time.because of the influence of some traditional and culture idea,the methods of teaching,many students lost their interests in spoken language.In a word,the students 'oral communication ability cannot be satisfied because of many kinds factors such as disturbance coming form the idea of education for tests in most secondary school,the educational idea and teaching ability of teachers,the effect of teaching materials,the shortage of the teaching resource and so on.According to the statistical numbers,I know there are about 50 per cent of the secondary school students cannot speak clearly and often make mispronunciation when they are speaking in class,about 60 per cent students cannot answer the questions correctly because of their weak spoken language or so 40 percent of them are very shy and do not know what to say when they meet strangers, nearly 60 per cent of them speak local language.you cannot understand what they say at all.Suqian is a young city with six million people,200 000 about of them are secondary school students.With the rapid development of economic and culture,more and more talents are required in many fields.As the hope of tomorrow,pillow of our country, modem secondary school students must master oral communication language.I was born in Suqian city, I love my hometown very much .I have been a Chinese teacher for 10 years,I know the importance of the oral communication,I also know the condition of the students oral communication language . So I want to investigate the situation of the secondary school students,analyze the reasons carefully.I want to find some useful ways to solve the problem. I think the main measures of training oral communication language ability for the secondary school students are:At first,we should improve Chinese teachers ' professional ability and quality;Second,we should establishlanguage environment and suitable circumstance for spoken language; Third, it is very important to build up a new suitable Chinese teaching system and a series training course. Finally.the students should spend some more time practicing oral language from time to time.I hope that the students parents.schools and the whole society can value this problem,we should do our best to improve the teaching conditions and the teaching instrument.Let ' s take actions to improve the students oral language, for it is good for the development of the students.Even,we can say it is the fundament of their success for the future Please remember for ever:today ' students are tomorrow ' pillow and hope .
