Meanwhile, it is the key to affect the agriculture to synergize, the farmer's income to increase and the countryside to remain stable. The small scale economy pattern of the household contract responsibility system has been hindered the agriculture to develop. It is the realistic demand to transfer the right of using land. Along with the policy relaxation to transfer the right of using land, countryside land use right market has been active. Many land transfer patterns appeared. Under this consideration, Shaoxing, Zhejiang introduced the trust system into countryside market of using land, creatively expedited the land trust system.This article takes the countryside land trust system as the research object. Firstly, I must open its mystical veil. I attempt to describe a clear land trust flow chart based on investigates and studies. Then, I can analyze its achievements. Secondly, I scramble the social new phenomenon with the sociological judgment. This article selects Coleman's trust theory as the research angle, analysis tripartite trust relations of trust chain by the trust system theory, draws some brand-new conclusions. Thirdly, I must give the theory response to practices the topic which proposed to. I hope to excavate its theory root by analysis on problems. Moreover, give a practice direction to reform the land trust mold. Finally, we must reform the mold along with the given direction.
