This article studies the cultural ecology of middle-school students' discourse. It takes the theories of cultural ecology as a background. It thinks that the ecosystem should keep a harmony, balance cultural ecosystem .Only harmonious, balanced ecosystem environment can maintain the whole system stable. But at the back of stability and harmony, it is full of fighting, apposing, and disharmony factors. Its cultural ecosystem will be no exception. The researcher selects students' discourse as a tiny cut to dialyze its cultural back, namely the student's culture, to exposit the true appearance of school cultural ecosystem. In the inquisition, the research applied ethnography's research method, through carrying on on-the-spot research in a common high school, what we see is the conflict and lapping of the respective culture. The education concealed a non-peace space that discourse resists each other. One side is a teacher who is representative of a main current culture: He owns his discourse form, which embodies the controlling of mainstream culture; Another side is a student who acts as " audience of drama " in the tradition and classic of education. They can't participate in dissemination of creation and diffusion."The person is the animal of sign", the discourse is a special way that people express themselves. The discourse represent the position, culture of the speech, students' discourse is a kind of manifestations of student's culture, students' discourse should be respected in setting up the harmony cultural ecosystem environment .But in the school field ,as the mainstream culture ,teacher's culture still occupies a position of discourse hegemony, and students' discourse that represents student's culture is covered, resulting in the absence of student's identity of present and student's culture . Each culture in the ecosystem system of the school culture should be interactive, symbiotic. Because of the absence of student's culture, the whole of the cultural ecosystem is destroyed, which resulted in the out of balance of the whole cultural ecosystem..How to set up harmony and balanced school cultural ecosystem environment? The researcher thinks that we should examine our culture first, making the culture integration between schools, keeping the flexibility and the tension of various cultures. We should pay attention to student's culture covered, specially in the construction of the school field, and understand the diversity of student's culture, in order to comprehend student's culture from the deep meaning, and respect student's culture.
