Vocational Schools And Enterprises Co-teaching Model Practice Research In The It Environment

The rapid development of IT has a great effect on talent cultivation of the higher vocational education. The exploiting of IT potentials will promote the modernization level of education. Meanwhile, temporizing the development of new technology and intensifying the cooperation between enterprises and schools will not only speed up the cultivation of higher vocational talents, shorten the training cycle, but also enhance the students practical ability.Setting about educational methods, educational resources, educational achievements and the forming of qualified teacher team, my study build up the new college-enterprise cooperation teaching mode under IT society situation.In this research, I take the following four facts as embodiment of this new mode: firstly dynamic course teaching mode, secondly double-teaching-certificate construction mode, thirdly virtual factory teaching mode, and fourthly school-enterprise course certificate teaching mode.The design and application of the new college-enterprise cooperation teaching mode will offer evidence for mutual benefit and win-win relationship between college and enterprises theoretically and practically. This research combines modern technology of enterprises with the education of higher vocational colleges via IT, and probes into some suitable education methods for higher vocational talents. Thus the organic combination of traditional education mode and IT strengthens teaching feed-back, promote talents' quality and will enable the vocational students to adapt to future job requirements.
