Study On College-enterprise Cooperation Personnel Training Mode With The Background Of College Run By Enterprise

Under the background that the state strongly supports enterprises to develop vocational education,the study of college-enterprise cooperation in running a college should not blindly imitate and rigidly copy the existing talent training mode and experience of college-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges and universities in China,nor directly apply the mature college-enterprise education mode abroad.According to its own characteristics and needs,as well as the problems existing in the implementation,it is necessary to absorb and refer to relevant research,construct a practical talent training model,and promote its continuous development and innovation.By using the methods of literature research,case study and interview investigation,combined with foreign mature managerial mode and the successful experience of domestic college-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes and investigates the vocation college held by Yunnan Tin Vocation and Technical College from a new perspective,and summarizes the practical experience of the college-enterprise cooperation in the system and its mechanism,talent training,teaching staff,training centers,specialty and curriculum,enrollment and employment.By means of symposiums and interviews,this paper investigates the problems existing in the implementation of college-enterprise cooperation,and according to the investigation results,sorted out the problems from four parties-government,enterprise,college and students.Finally put forward the talent training mode of "Enterprise-college community" with college-enterprise cooperation,that is,in accordance with the principles of "enterprise based,industry oriented" and "co building,co management,co education and sharing",improve the system and mechanism to make professional training programs,establish and improve the platform of "Internet + Enterprise community" and improve the way of mutual recruitment of double tutors.The channel of enterprise production and college teaching organically combines enterprise running,college-enterprise cooperation and talent training mode to form the "enterprise-college community" cooperative talenttraining mode featuring the linkage between enterprises and colleges,joint cultivation of talents,coordinated development and mutual sharing.At the same time,extend the college-enterprise cooperative talent training mode of "enterprise-college community",expand the design of "import"(enrollment)and "export"(employment),and provide opportunities and possibilities for all the people to study and expand employment.This paper aims to achieve the win-win goal of "enterprise employment demand,college education demand,students' own demand",and to a certain extent,enriches the college enterprise cooperative talent training mode,providing reference for the development of vocational education.
