The Study On The Running Mode Of "The School Entitled By The Enterprises" In Vocational Colleges

The enhanced cooperation and communications between the vocational colleges and enterprises not only meet the needs of the enterprises for the skilled talents,but also become the basis of the vocational colleges' sustainable development.At present,the cooperation between the colleges and enterprises is in-depth,and the educational function of the enterprises isn't reflected in the talent cultivation,and the deviation between the talent cultivation of the vocational colleges and enterprises occurs.Under such contradiction,how to make a deep college-enterprise cooperation and improve the cultivating level of vocational talents becomes the core problem of the present development of vocational education.Based on the case of the enterprise-entitling schools in vocational colleges,this paper makes a research on the college-enterprise cooperation mode in vocational colleges under the new economic-social background,and makes a deep analysis of the specific methods,experience and deficiency of “Benz School” of Changsha Vocational and Technical College.It discusses the mode's advantages and shortcomings in running the vocational education,then concludes in the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper makes a research on the running mode of enterprise-entitling schools in vocational colleges in four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It studies the raise of the problem,its research significance,literature review,the definitions of related concepts,the research ways and methods.Firstly,the raise of problems: it is the need of the socioeconomic development,the enterprises' need,the need for the vocational college development.Secondly,the research significance: it enriches the running mode of enterprise-entitling school and provides the reference for the similar vocational colleges.Thirdly,it compares this running mode at home and abroad,then defines the core concept of enterprise-entitling mode in vocational colleges.Fourthly,it puts forward the research ways and methods.The second chapter studies the concept,forms and characteristics of running mode of entitling by enterprises in vocational education.Firstly,it analyzes the relative concepts of running mode of college-enterprises in vocational colleges,puts forward the similarity of the development of new-type vocational education.Secondly,it studies the main form of the enterprise-entitling mode in vocational colleges,such as enterprise-entitling class,enterprise-entitling school,and so on.Thirdly,it studies the occurring factors and advantages of running mode of college-enterprises in vocational colleges.The third chapter takes the “Benz School” in Changsha Vocational and Technical College for example,and make a research on the entitling mode by the enterprises in vocational education.Firstly,it introduces the basic information of the running mode of “Benz School”: the selection of the students in “Benz School”,the building of teaching staff and so on.Secondly,it studies the basic structure of the running mode of “Benz School”.Thirdly,it studies the advantages.Fourthly,it analyzes the existing problems.The fourth chapter studies the countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing the running mode of enterprise-entitling schools in vocational colleges.Firstly,it needs the government's leading and promoting effect.Secondly,it needs the industry's guiding and coordination function.Thirdly,it promotes the integrated development of colleges and enterprises.The research adopts the literature research method to sort out the basic theory of the running mode of enterprise-entitling schools,and make an analysis and conclusion on the running problems of enterprising-entitling schools through research and case study methods.It points out the problems and analyzes their reasons,then offers the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It provides an academic reference for other vocational colleges.
