Merger And Reorganization Of Higher Education Administration

The subject deals with the construction of the management model of the amalgamated and reconstructed universities through the theory of organization structure, strategic management & strategic planning, and organization culture. The article analyzes the factors that affect the management model in universities and colleges and summarizes the rude types of management model with a sketch of the meaning of these models. Based on the analysis of the factors, it makes a concrete analysis of the positive effects and adverse effects, about which the amalgamation and reconstruction bring to the development of universities and colleges, and the reason for these effects. Because strategic management & strategic planning and organization culture have the determining effects on the management model, the article firstly expands the determination of strategic planning and the reconstruction of organization culture at the beginning of the amalgamation, and points out four effects of organization culture in the organization management. Then it points out the rule of constructing the management model of universities and colleges, and discusses the function and the construction of the leader group, and the necessity of breaking down the power system as well as the detailed methods. At last, the article shows the construction and practical applications of management model from five kinds of management situation and condition. It also points out the evaluating standard of the management model's performance in the amalgamated and reconstructed universities.
